2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies

I am sure like any other person out there I love my sweets!! Being able to find different ways to make things like brownies that are low Weight Watchers points is a plus!! I found these 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Brownies in a Facebook group being talked about and had to try them out! (I have included links to some great products that I have bought on my own and we love. You can buy them as well through my online sales links)

It’s amazing how easy these are to make up! Just mix up the two ingredients and bam great brownies!! The kids liked them, but I thought it was more like a thick fudge consistency and not like a real brownie but it was pretty good.  I may try using a different variety of brownie mix the next time.

  • 1 Can of Pumpkin
    1 Box Brownie Mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray a 9X13 pan (I used a Pyrex Pan) with a non stick spray (I use my -> Homemade Nonstick Spray) Now I know my mom is all about her metal pans but I am all about the Pyrex cake pans! I think the brownies and cake come out so much better.  Plus they also don’t’ scratch when cutting the brownies.  I have the one pictured and love it, the handles make it great for removing from the oven if you are clumsy like me!! Plus you can order one on Amazon so you don’t even have to leave the house, order, and then the UPS man is at the door when you use Amazon Prime 2 day delivery!

Mix together both the pumpkin and brownie mix in a bowl. It gets really thick, I slowly added in the brownie mix and it was still hard to mix up with a whisk.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes and be sure to check for being cooked through

They are thick enough you could cut them like fudge for a get-together or potluck this fall.
